Privacy policy
This policy describes the consultation form on this website. It is a working draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before the site is used to collect customer information in production.

Who this covers
Stayvika operates this website for hotel owners and operators. The policy applies to information submitted through the consultation form. The site does not run a guest booking engine and does not ask for guest lists or payment cards.
What the form collects
If you submit an inquiry, Stayvika collects:
- Name, email, and phone number
- Hotel name, city, and number of rooms if you provide it
- The plan you select and your primary business challenge
- Your consent, and the version of this policy you agreed to
- The time the inquiry was received
The form also includes a hidden field used to detect automated submissions. People using the form normally leave it empty. If it is filled, the submission is discarded and is not stored. The site does not store your IP address with the inquiry. A short-lived, in-memory rate limit may use the network address of the request and then drop it.
Why it is collected
The information is used to read your consultation request and to reply about it. Consent on the form is for that contact. It is not a newsletter signup, and Stayvika does not sell inquiry data.
Where it is stored
In local development, inquiries can be appended to a file on the machine running the site. That file is not a production store. In the intended production setup, the website sends the inquiry to a private API, which stores it in PostgreSQL. The API credential stays on the server. It is not placed in frontend code.
File storage on a hosted frontend is disabled unless someone deliberately turns it on. Do not turn it on for a public site.
How long it is kept
An inquiry is kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the request. A specific retention period should be set by counsel before production use. Until then, treat retention as “until the request is handled or a deletion request is completed.”
Asking for access or deletion
A postal address is not published on this website. To ask for a copy or deletion of an inquiry, email hello@beyboxed.com or submit the consultation form and state in the message that it is a privacy request, including the work email used on the original inquiry. Stayvika will not ask you to send a password.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add a marketing analytics tag or an advertising cookie. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs. Those logs are not the inquiry database.
