Terms of service
These terms cover use of the Stayvika website. They are a working draft. Counsel should review them before they are treated as a completed agreement. Governing law has not been finalized.

The website
The site explains Stayvika’s consulting practice and a future owner experience. It is informational. Submitting the consultation form requests a conversation. It does not create a consulting contract and it does not reserve a time.
Plans and scope
The website publishes three starting points: an Audit Report + Action Plan at ₹999, delivered in 48–72 hours; Website + Digital Presence from ₹4,000 per month; and Marketing Solution from ₹15,000 per month. Monthly prices use “onwards” because the fee depends on the agreed scope. A page description is not a promise that every listed activity is included for every hotel. Final scope and deliverables are confirmed before the engagement starts. Sending the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not reserve a time.
No guaranteed results
Articles and service descriptions discuss hotel operations, commercial measures, and online information. They are not a promise of higher occupancy, rate, revenue, review scores, search rankings, or inclusion in AI-generated answers. Sample figures on the site are demo data, not client results and not live analytics.
Accounts
Hotel owner sign-in is not available. The login page is an explanation of a future portal. Do not send passwords through the consultation form.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form to send malware, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or submit information you do not have a right to share. Do not attempt to access an owner account. None exists yet.
Content
Site text, the logo, and the page structure belong to Stayvika. Hotel photographs are stock images used as illustration. They are not photographs of Stayvika properties. You may not copy the site and present it as your own service.
Liability
The site is provided as published. To the extent the law allows, Stayvika is not liable for decisions made solely from these pages. A hotel’s commercial and operating decisions remain the owner’s. The precise limitation of liability should be settled by counsel.
