This is not a standalone plan. It is included only when written into the agreed audit, website, or marketing scope.

Operations work is not a separate published plan. If handovers, room release, or repeated guest issues are part of the problem, a workflow review can be included only when it is written into the agreed analysis or monthly scope. It is not a substitute for the general manager.
What this offering is intended to cover
Operational workflow assessment
A map of one or two high-friction flows, such as arrival or a maintenance request, showing who hands work to whom.
Service efficiency
Steps that do not change the guest result. Efficiency here means less rework and clearer ownership, not a staff cut.
Standard operating procedures
Short routines the team on shift can use. A procedure nobody follows is not an improvement.
Who it is suited to
- Hotels where the same guest issue returns after each change of shift.
- Owners who want a few routines documented before they hire or renovate.
What it does not include
- A standalone operations retainer outside the agreed scope.
- Employment advice, disciplinary action, or replacing a manager.
- Installing a property management system, or a claim that new procedures will cut payroll by a stated amount.
The work follows Discover, Analyze, Take Action, and Measure and Improve. See how it works.
Questions hotel owners ask
Is operations a separate Stayvika plan?
No. The published plans are the ₹999 audit, website and digital presence from ₹4,000 per month, and marketing from ₹15,000 per month. Operations work is included only when it is written into that agreed scope.
Will this reduce staff?
That is not the aim. Any later staffing decision belongs to the hotel.

How Can Hotels Improve Occupancy Rates?
Hotels improve occupancy by finding which nights and segments are unsold, then fixing price, visibility, or the offer. Discounting every date is not a strategy.
